Cancellation & Refund

All items, once dispatched, are considered final sale and will be liable for cancellation only as per the below mentioned terms.

1. In the event you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it. You may contact us at the details provided further below in these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of any orders. If we agree to cancel your order, we will refund any money paid to the payment method you have used to place your order.
2. Cancellation of orders can be done only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
3. The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 3-4 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account from the date of initiating refund.
